Custom Web Design from $500
Bring your business online with a unique, search engine optimized website based on your particular needs. Cost includes all design stages, from concept to live website. Each project is different, but a simple, custom site tends to cost around $1,500. Leave more of the design decisions up to us, and our pricing begins at $500.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) from $150
We build our websites to conform with SEO best practices, so you don’t need to pay anything extra if we are already building your website. But if you have an existing website and you want to improve your search rankings, we can help you. We can do an SEO evaluation of your existing site for $150, and you can implement the improvements yourself. Our SEO standard package is only $500, and includes everything a small business with a static website of 10 or fewer pages usually needs for fundamental SEO improvement. SEO for larger and/or dynamic websites begins at $750. We can also assist you with search engine marketing (SEM), in which you place advertisements online. SEM pricing is based on the amount you budget for your online ads.

Domain Name Registration and Website Hosting
It only costs a few dollars per year to own your own domain name (.com, .net, .org, .us etc.), but there are so many registrars to choose from. Likewise, choosing a company to host your website can be confusing. $5 per month? $50? What’s the difference? We’re happy to explain it, and to set you up with your favorite provider. CMS/Blog Basic Installation – $200
We recommend Joomla, a powerful and customizable content management system (CMS) with a terrific, web-based user interface. For blogs, we recommend the WordPress platform. Basic installation of either system costs $200, and includes database set-up and basic uploading of the blog or CMS to your web domain. Additional configuration and customization available at our Custom Design rates. Other platforms also available (Drupal, Plone, Blogger, Typepad etc.).

Blog Customization (WordPress etc.) from $300
Customize a blog as unique as you are. “Skin” your blog to match the rest of your existing website. Or skip the “blog” and simply use WordPress as a platform for your business website (as this website does).

CMS Customization (Joomla, Drupal etc.) from $1,500
A customized CMS site can be designed to do just about anything you want it to do. For websites with complex requirements or non-technical administrators, this is a great place to start.

Template Configuration from $240
Uploading and configuration of your existing website template is available for $60 per hour. Typical projects require around 4 hours for basic configuration. Configuration includes setting up your site’s  page titles and navigation menus. If you require additional modifications to your template, customization and original content are available at our standard design rates.

Website Maintenance & Support – $60 per hour
We can help with website maintenance if you don’t have a webmaster, or if you have an especially tricky issue. Whether you need regular, ongoing support, some occasional tweaks and edits, or an in-house training for your employees, we’re happy to help. We can also help you learn how to manage your own website.

Favicon Design & Upload – $100
A favicon is the small logo found in the browser’s address bar on contemporary websites. When users bookmark your site, the favicon is saved to the favorites list, making return visits easier. Using a favicon on your site is something simple and affordable that you can do to encourage repeat visitors and brand-awareness.

CSS Design (our standard, custom design rate) – $60 per hour
Clean up your existing site with a Style Sheet, with or without tables. Not sure about this? Call or email us. We can also do whatever website improvements you may have been putting off for a while.

Business Card Design – $125 (single sided) $175 (double sided)
Match your business cards to your logo and your website. High-quality printing is available from $25 per 1,000 cards, including S/H. Please note that this pricing does not include original logo design.

Post Card Design – $175 (single sided) $250 (double sided), standard or jumbo
Expand your branding concept. High-quality printing is available from $50 per 500 cards, including S/H. This pricing does not include original logo design.

Copy Editing and Proofing – 4¢ per word or per-project pricing
Copy editing of print or electronic materials includes editing for proper grammar, standard style, and correct usage. Material should need editing only. For original written content, please see below.

Real Estate Virtual Tours from $250
Get an edge with a custom website showcasing your property. Tours may include photography, video, renderings, floor plans, and 3D animated-walkthroughs of pre-construction buildings.

For-Sale-by-Owner Home Sites $500
Want to sell your home yourself? Show off your property with a dedicated website. Our 4-page sites include a unique domain name (e.g. 88MainStreet.com), unlimited photos and up to 3 videos (provided by you), email address or email forwarding, a town information page, a listing page with unlimited house stats, and a downloadable  Listing Sheet for you to print and use at your open houses.

Architectural Walkthroughs $125 per hour
Wow potential buyers and renters with beautiful, 3D animations that walk the viewer through renderings of finished residential or commercial buildings still under construction.

Architectural Image Renderings $125 per hour
Exterior and interior renderings of new construction or renovation projects, residential or commercial. Additional architectural drawing services are available by request.
